Kim joined the AB team back in 2016
Kim has a dual role in our Estate & Block Management Team and multi-tasking is her forte. Kim now manages her own portfolio working specifically with our smaller blocks and estates. Kim is also our Fire, Health and Safety compliance co-ordinator working across our entire portfolio and with specialists in the field to ensure compliance with all the latest safety requirements and regulations. Kim’s past experience notably included Head of Administration for a large central London College, and she is used to working in high volume and diverse roles. Kim spends her free time with her family, grandchildren, their horses, and enjoys travelling and visiting places of interest like Machu Picchu the 15th-century Inca citadel in Peru.
