1, AB are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) & The Property Ombudsman (TPO) redress scheme
2, AB keep it local when it comes to our Christmas office party supporting local businesses like Sankeys, Framptons, The Mount Edgcumbe & The Twenty Six in Southborough
3, AB has supported many charities over the years including Macmillan Cancer, Pembury Hospital Special Care Unit, the Children’s Trust, Demelza and Hospice in the Weald, the Speldhurst Pram Race, the Ashurst Raft Race, and Meningitis Now
4, The AB Team has almost 300 years’ experience between them
5, The 1st house we sold was in Byng Road 22 years ago. We let and fully managed that house until it was re sold in 2020. The purchase price increased more than 500k in those 22 years.
6, AB was established in 1998 by Peter Boyes and John Alexandre hence the origins of our name. Dan Boyes joined AB in 1999 and Kate Boyes, our Group Director, joined in 2003. We nudged 3rd generation family firm last year when Oliver Alexandre joined us for work experience before joining the University of Reading to study Land Management, the same degree that Kate holds a 1st class.
7, £700,000 worth of tenant deposit money is protected by The Dispute Service Custodial (TDS) Ltd, a Government recognised scheme
8, AB were appointed letting & managing agents of Tunbridge Wells 1st build to rent (B2R) development in 2018, Brooke House

11, AB East Grinstead Head of Sales, Jason North is a direct descendant of Dudley Lord North, 3rd Baron North who discovered Tunbridge Wells chalybeate spring in 1606.

We posted several #shoplocal #stayhome #stayactive blogs featuring many local businesses providing home deliveries. Through our social media, newsletters and website this reached many of our residents who were shielding, self-isolating, living in rural areas or did not want to visit the supermarkets.
