The AB estate managementteam are delighted to be appointed the 1st managing agents of a new block of contemporary flats overlooking the train station in East Grinstead, complete with a fab penthouse! Kate Boyes set up our block management department in 2007 which now manages over 3000 units. A quarter of the AB estate management portfolio is now in London and we cover all the way down to the coast.
Through her work Kate recognised a need for a more cost-effective solution that modernises block management and makes it more accessible and transparent, and so the award winning Resident software was born. The portal enables leaseholders and tenants to log in from any web browser (Desktop, iPad, iPhone) to provide a fully interactive and open view of financial records, together with reporting features and messaging tools. Resident software is also used by over 270 managing agents across the UK & Ireland. Training webinars are run weekly usually with a guest host from the industry, and coffee Q&As and Development Days around the country.
Resident also powers SELF a service charge accounting software which is used by Resident Management Companies who decide to self-manage their blocks and estates.
