Julie is an accomplished property expert who manages Alexandre Boyes Prime Portfolio including a handpicked mix of new builds, developments, historical estates & Grade II listed buildings.
Julie has joined the team in 2024 with a solid industry background. Previously Julie set up the Block and Estate Management department for a leading managing agent in Sevenoaks in 2016 following 11 years at the same firm in a senior lettings role, and 26 years as an independent business owner. Julie holds professional membership with The Property Institute and has experience in all aspects of the industry including building client relationships, new business pitching and onboarding, Section 20 major works projects, statutory and regulation compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, Budgets, Company Secretary work and presales and LPE1 enquiries.
