Kate is fiercely proud of the reputation the Alexandre Boyes Block Management and Lettings teams have in Tunbridge Wells & East Grinstead. 

Kate has a first class honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading specializing in Investment & Finance, and trained at Nelson Bakewell (now Capita Symonds), a Property Consultancy, in London. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004, and is a Fellow of ARLA. She became a Board member of ARLA in June 2015, representing Kent, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire.

In 2014 Kate launched Resident an online block management software that is now utilised by Alexandre Boyes clients enabling them to log in and transparently view information on their blocks of flats and estates. Resident is also used by over 200 other managing agents across the UK, Ireland & Gibraltor.

In 2022 Kate launched a second software product – the Data Hub – that uses OCR technology to read supplier invoices and automatically enter them into our block management software, Resident, saving a huge amount of manual entry by our team (who process over 10,000 contractor invoices per year!) leaving them more time to communicate and provide a service to clients.
