Alexandre Boyes are exited to be recruiting our second multi trade apprentice, in association with our Trade Apprenticeship Scheme.
The scheme is part of the Government’s National Apprenticeship Service and in partnership with East Surrey College.
The apprentice will be working as part of the property maintenance team, created to provide additional services to Alexandre Boyes’ Lettings & Block Management Clients, alongside qualified members of staff. The apprentice will gain experience in decorating, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, groundwork, electrical and roofing over a two year period working towards a GQA Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment. Once awarded we will look to support them in obtaining the Level 3 NVQ and specialising in their preferred trade.
This is a great scheme as it offers job opportunities and a career path to local young people as well as bringing fresh new talent into our team. There is a huge demand for skilled trades people and we are thrilled that Alexandre Boyes can work with East Surrey College to create these opportunities.
